Scott Scher has 20 years of experience in real estate law and 18 years of experience as a real estate broker in the Seattle area. His experience includes the purchase and sale of homes, land, multifamily, commercial, and apartment buildings.
Scott is rated AV (Highest Rating) by the Martindale-Hubbell National Attorney Rating Service and is admitted to the bar of the United States Supreme Court.
Scott is a member of the Northwest Multiple Listing Service Arbitration and Disciplinary Panel. He is also an experienced King County Superior Court Arbitrator under the Court's Mandatory Arbitration program and serves on the Settlement Conference Panel for the Pierce County Superior Court. Mr. Scher has also been admitted to the United States District Court, Western District, Rule 39.1 panel of mediators and arbitrators. U.S. District Court Mediation Panel
Scott has degrees from the Seattle University School of Law and the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business, where he also completed the USC Real Estate Development Program.
In his spare time, Scott likes to surf, scuba dive, explore Willamette Valley’s Pinot Noir, and eat almost every type of food imaginable. Scott was a member of the board of directors of Northwest Folklife for 12 years; he served as president of the board from 2000-2002.
